Dormer, hip-to-gable and rooflight conversions, designed around building regulations and party wall requirements from the outset so there are no delays later.
New builds & annexes
Groundworks through to a finished shell for smaller new-build projects, garden rooms and annexes, including footings, drainage and structural work.
Structural alterations
Removing internal walls, fitting steels and RSJs, and opening up ground floors — all specified with a structural engineer and signed off by building control.
Roofing & external work
Re-roofing, guttering, repointing and external repairs for older Tyneside properties, including the terraced housing common across the city.
